Held Airbag cartridge

A key component of the airbag is the CO2 capsule.

The capsule is the only part of the airbag vest that needs replacing after an accident.

The capsule can be used for many years.

However, it is recommended to review them annually.

• Although there is no expiry date on the capsule, Helite recommends an annual weight check and replacement in the event of rust or after a major impact on the capsule.
• The printed weight must not differ by more than 5 g from the weight engraved on the capsule.
• For weighing, the capsule must be unscrewed very carefully and screwed completely back into the airbag after the weighing process.
