Running (very) long in all weather: it's possible with the waterproof trail shoe Ultra 100 GORE-TEX® for men, your ally for long distances in wet conditions. Most ultra-trail shoes have one problem: they are comfortable and have good cushioning, but they are often too heavy, not precise enough, and quite slow in terms of foot roll. To reach the podium, you need shoes that provide everything you need to go fast. The new Ultra 100 GORE-TEX® has been developed in collaboration with the best ultra athletes from the DYNAFIT team. The result is a shoe that masterfully balances comfort, traction, and energy return, allowing you to cross the finish line in record time. And thanks to the GORE-TEX® Invisible Fit membrane, you can use the shoe in rainy and wet conditions as well. Despite its generous volume and a midsole height of over 30 mm, the Ultra 100 GORE-TEX® provides remarkable grip and remains very agile and precise from the first to the last kilometre. The 6 mm drop matches the preferences of high-performing ultra-trail runners. The engineers chose a Vibram® Megagrip outsole, a benchmark in competition. The Ultra 100 GORE-TEX® is the first to use the new Vibram Traction Lugs. These innovative lugs, with a height of 4 mm, provide more effective traction and better grip, ensuring greater safety and precision on all terrains. The midsole offers soft and comfortable cushioning while being very responsive and lightweight. The innovative material weighs 20% less than a classic EVA midsole while returning 10% more energy. The anatomical heel construction, along with the Heel Preloader, ensures a secure and firm fit for greater control and stability. Additionally, the Achilles tendon, heavily stressed over long distances, is better relieved. The rocker shape of the outsole ensures a dynamic and smooth stride, even in the final kilometres when your legs feel heavier. The Ultra 100 GORE-TEX® is equipped with a classic lacing system that can be easily adjusted to individual needs.
