Reinforced mattress with corner reinforcement and handles, density 25

Mattress in polyurethane foam with a density of 20 or 25 kg/m3 or, alternatively, in particleboard with a density of 100, 150 and 200 kg/m3. Covered with a laminated fabric in fire-retardant pvc, first class b2, lacquered on both sides, with an approximate weight of 618 gr/m2. The values of the said cover would be: warp tension 230 daN/5 cm, warp tear 25 daN and weft tear 20 daN, adhesion 10 daN/5 cm. It has double seams on the inside of the cover, leaving the outside free of any point damage. It closes with a safety zipper protected by a double flap at a length and width of the mat lui-même. It features corner reinforcements, metal eyelets for air outlet and removable handles for easy transport. The mat can be used on both sides.
