Tent Precursor

The Precursor is a well-known and tested tent with a geodesic construction. This design is made for use in all seasons, especially during winter months and in high mountain areas. It offers a very spacious inner tent, suitable for three to four people, as well as a large pole vestibule at the main entrance and a smaller rear vestibule. The large pole vestibule clearly expands the storage space and makes cooking inside the vestibule easier (Please observe safety measures when cooking around the tent). First, the inner tent should be set up with colour-coded poles. The four poles of the inner tent cross 7 times, with the lateral crossings elevated. The optimized suspension points, for example four power triangles, provide immense stability against storms. A new feature is an additional pole that sets up the ventilation flap and prevents the tent fabric and inner tent from overlapping, which is typical for this construction. The ventilation flaps can be completely closed with a zipper. Inside the inner tent, there are several mesh pockets for storing small items. All the mosquito nets in the inner tent can be fully covered. The open doors of the inner tent do not need to be rolled up complicatedly, but can simply be stuffed into two mesh pockets in the ceiling.

All tents in the Unlimited line have closable ventilation flaps, which can also be operated from the inside. The storage package includes a compression sack and reflective tension ropes with pockets for the ropes and sturdy stakes.
