Pirelli Tire Cycl-e DT

The Cycl-e (Downtown) DT tire has been designed primarily for urban use, where fluidity, uncompromising reliability and maximum handling on all surfaces and in all weather conditions are essential.

The Downtown model from Pirelli, on the other hand, has opted for a profile that guarantees homogeneity in all phases of bending, braking and acceleration, while taking into account the requirements of use on increasingly high-performance power-assisted bicycles.
The two Downtown and Downtown Sport tires are distinguished by a different roughness, number of grooves and depth and orientation compared with the Cycl-e XT and XT-Sport tires, enabling them to be used on easy off-road terrain too.

• Urban tread pattern rapide, reliable and designed for optimum grip in all conditions.
• 3 to 3.5mm thick puncture-proof reinforcement (depending on tire size) under the tread.
• SmartNet Silica tread compound: minimizes rolling resistance and optimizes handling, especially on wet surfaces.
• 127 tpi casing, excellent deformation for greater comfort and performance.
• ECE-R75 standard, compatible works with power-assisted e-bikes up to 50 km/h (also works with power-assisted VAEs up to 25 km/h)
• Reflective tape on sidewalls.
