Jor Ros grew up travelling back and forth between Mexique and the USA, spending his spare time inventing characters and creating fictional worlds through his drawings. Today, the Barcelona-based artist has developed a portfolio of digital illustrations that depict the contemporary urban samurai warrior, borrowing motifs and aesthetic features from traditional Japanese folklore and American cartoons through a warm, eye-catching palette. We're thrilled to introduce Jor as our latest featured artist, and to bring a unique Far Eastern style to the West Coast craftsmanship of Sector 9.
