Outdoor horse blanket Arika 200g

This self-righting technical blanket is medium-weight and designed for cold weather to keep your horse warm, dry and protected in the champ.

The waterproof, breathable 1200 denier outer is uniquely cut across the entire width, eliminating leakage without a back seam. Combined with a shine-enhancing antibacterial and antistatic lining, it stays perfectly balanced on your horse. The 200 g thermally bonded fill provides a cozy layer of warmth that won't twist or slide down.

Security is assured by a registered front closure. The top of the two sturdy T-bars is angled at 45° to relieve pressure on the point of the shoulder, for greater comfort and freedom of movement. Supported by a sandwich of lint-free hook-and-loop tape, you can step out with confidence, knowing the rug won't slip.

Traditional rugs, which wrap around the horse's body, create tension around the shoulder and hindquarters, which is restrictive and can cause chafing. Our world-patented two-part skirt breaks the tension, allowing free movement while maintaining warmth and protecting your horse's body from splashes. Crossed surcingles with a removable central strap secure the blanket firmly in place.

Reflective safety strips make it easy to spot your horse in low-light conditions. A silicone-coated netting strap keeps things neat and tidy, while an extra-long cover protects the top of the tail.

This blanket comes with a removable collar and is compatible with LeMieux's full range of blankets, bibs and collars, giving you total blanket flexibility through the seasons.
