The stability is ensured by its base to be filled with water or sand, according to your needs you can weight it from 95 to 150 kilos.

The finish is neat and quality assured.

Characteristics:

• No deformation with time
• Density close to that of a human body
• Filled with a highly elastic ecological URETHANE foam covered with a high quality rubber skin of 5 mm thickness

Important note:

• Do not use with outdoor shoes

• Do not hit the dummy without protection, you could injure yourself (trauma, injuries, etc.)

• Preferably use boxing gloves or bag gloves.

• Fill the base with water or sand (better) for better stability
