The Swix Just Click system allows you to "release" the pole handle from your hand without removing the loop, which is perfect for short stops during exercise.

The Swix and Go system allows you to easily replace a hard metal tip with a rubber tip and quickly adapt to changes in the course surface. This eliminates the need to have pockets full of tips and barb extensions. The ideal pole for Nordic walking on trails, unpaved roads, gravel, asphalt and frozen surfaces.
