The performance of this tool lies between the classic ice axe and the modern technical tool. It combines the advantages of both: a curved handle for a great reach useful in technical terrain and a traditional tip that easily penetrates snow when climbing snowy slopes. It's the best choice for steep couloirs and classic alpine terrain.

• The angled handle makes it easier to hook onto bumps of ice or rock while creating an optimal grip angle
• The hot-forged head allows for the use of the adan or hammer, and the tip can be replaced; if weight is a priority, the ice axe can also be used without adan/hammer
• The tip is aggressive enough for hard ice and moderate mixed climbing and also has a smooth grip area that protects your gloves when holding the head
• The shape of the head is designed to fit into cracks and provide support when climbing in soft snow, the hole in the head is large enough to accommodate any carabiner
