How to play OMNIKIN?

The game is played with 3 teams. Each team has 4 players on the 21 x 21 m field. One team calls out the colour of another team and throws the ball so that the called team cannot catch it before it hits the ground. Three players from the throwing team kneel and raise the ball in the air, while the fourth player tries to hit it as hard as possible. The receiving team has 10 seconds to stop the ball and then immediately serves it without pause.
