The medical fascia roller has a lower hardness level (20% softer than the Blackroll). This makes it suitable for beginners, active recovery, sports, yoga, and Pilates. The Blackroll Med is also ideal for therapeutic applications. With the Blackroll, the whole body and all muscle surfaces can be rolled.
