It’s the perfect kite for beginners in land traction and it's very comfortable to fly thanks to the Trainer bar. The Paraflex Trainer 2.3 is the smallest traction kite in the Paraflex Trainer range, so there is less pulling power than the larger Trainer 3.1 variant, but its size makes it more agile and a lot of fun for the pilot.

The ideal wind strength for a good flying experience is between 2 to 6 Bft. We recommend the Trainer kite for pilots aged 10 and above.

The Paraflex Trainer 2.3 comes with a total of four lines: two so-called "FRONT" control lines and two "BACK" lines, which connect at the end to the provided Trainer bar to form a common central line.

This is why we refer to it as a three-line kite. The three-line kite is flown like a two-line kite, but with a braking function. Thus, the additional brake lines allow for a range of other functions, such as easy reverse launches, abrupt stopping of the kite, and safe landings.

Here, we also have a simple safety system with a leash that attaches to your wrist before flying. If you find yourself in a dangerous situation or need to let go of the bar, the kite will slowly glide down to the ground using your leash.

This is especially important if you are using the kite with a mountainboard or a snowboard. It comes ready to fly, so you don’t have to install anything else. Just unpack it, unwind the lines with the bar and you’re good to go!

Pull the kite into the air and the fun begins.

If you're by yourself with your kite, you can simply weigh it down with sand, stones or other items to be able to launch it alone.

Just fully unwind the lines as usual and give the Trainer bar a quick sharp pull, and OFF YOU GO.

You can pack it directly into the bag, but make sure to always wrap the four flying lines in eights around the tips of your Trainer bar to avoid tangling when unwinding the lines next time.
