The RFX Pro Series clutch covers are designed to enhance oil capacity and circulation, thereby improving clutch performance and longevity. Their deeper profile increases oil capacity by 100 cm³, which helps to reduce oil temperature during long rides, especially in extreme mud and sand conditions, where the clutch is often put to the test. Some models also feature an internal scoop to increase oil flow to the centre of the basket. The RFX Pro Series clutch covers are CNC machined from a solid billet of 6061-T6 aluminium, allowing for thin, lightweight sections while increasing strength and durability compared to standard covers. This makes them resistant to damage from stones, rocks, footpegs, and brake pedals that can puncture a standard cover. The Pro Series covers also have a highly durable dark titanium grey Akadized surface treatment that significantly enhances wear resistance against boots and gravel, providing a stylish and durable finish.
