The sturdy Crosstrainer-Ergometer EL 8000 is equipped with a maintenance-free induction braking system of about 12 kg and an ultra-quiet flat belt drive. This allows for silent training with very good rotational behaviour. The pedalling resistance can be easily adjusted in precise increments thanks to a computer-controlled resistance adjustment with 32 levels.

The monitor with a backlit LCD display allows you to see all relevant indicators at a glance. It is easy to read and can be easily operated by pressing the buttons. Individual training goals can be achieved by choosing from various programmes. Additionally, the monitor has a holder for a tablet or smartphone. A varied workout is just as achievable with the 12 predefined training programmes as with the 5 heart rate programmes. With individual training programmes, you can create your own training profiles and the speed-independent watt programme allows for targeted and regular load training with a freely chosen pedalling frequency. The fitness test function evaluates your training performance simply according to school grading principles and the body fat analysis provides information on the percentage of fat and suggests a training programme.

Hand pulse sensors are integrated into the movable handles and can be used to monitor the pulse during training. For the optional Bluetooth heart rate belt, a corresponding Bluetooth receiver is already integrated into the monitor.

Anti-slip footrests ensure a stable foot position during training. The front transport rollers allow for easy movement and the adjustable feet tips ensure secure stability for the Crosstrainer.

To support you digitally as well, the EL 8000 is compatible with the Kinomap app. The Kinomap app allows for playful and interactive training with Android or iOS devices and records training data. After the trial period, the Kinomap app can be purchased via a monthly subscription.

The combination of a treadmill, an exercise bike, and a stepper, along with the forward and backward elliptical movement, with ergonomically optimised handles, ensures particularly joint-friendly training for the leg, buttock, hip, thigh, and arm muscles.
