They work like a ballpoint pen - just click the button to swap wheels in seconds, without the need for special tools. The Dual Center Mount (DCM) system is undoubtedly another outstanding feature. Our 2-point mounting system means you can mount your Chaya plate on your Chaya boot without using power tools! You can mount your plates yourself in a simple process that anyone can do. Mount your plates in just a few minutes on your Chaya boots by simply fastening two screws using the supplied hand tool. The DCM allows you to move your plate back and forth and side to side to suit your preferred skating style. However, Zena plates are also compatible with any other derby shoe. Chaya 's Cherry Bomb Stopper toe stop is positioned offset. This anatomical position allows you to stop faster, accelerate with more power, and makes toe-stop work a dream! This system, combined with our Power Toe System (PTS) which follows the natural shape of the shoe, offers superior power transfer because the shoe and plate are more closely linked. This lightweight 20° plate, made from gold-plated 6061 aeronautical aluminum, is equipped with high-end polyurethane (PU) Jelly Interlock cushions that offer excellent control and maneuverability. We also supply an extra set of Chaya threaded carriages if you prefer to change your wheels the old-fashioned way.
