Laser-cut racing disc made from a single piece of heat-treated AISI 420 stainless steel, finished on a CNC machine.Patented riveted semi-floating profile (3 rivets) based on the "wave" design: better control, thanks to a reduction of the masses reducing the gyroscopic effect.Semi-floating disc with Ergal rivets for a better parallelism and a reduced running clearance, reducing the "lung" effect.Proprietary "no hole" technology for better heat dissipation: improved thermal consistency for superior and more consistent braking power, especially at high temperatures (above 400°C) and in muddy conditions. 1.8 mm thickness to avoid overheating and push the limits of icing.
