The RCE+ load splitters allow you to charge 2 or 3 batteries simultaneously from a single alternator without connecting the batteries to each other. Discharging the service battery, for example, will not cause the starting battery to discharge.

MOSFFET Technology

The technology used, based on MOSFET transistors, ensures a negligible voltage drop between the input and the outputs. This is a major advantage over a diode splitter.

No Voltage Drop

Since there is no voltage drop due to the RCE+ splitter, there's no need to increase the output voltage of the alternator.

Multi Voltages

The splitter operates with 12 VDC or 24 VDC voltages and also allows the use of LiFePO4 (Lithium) batteries.

2 Outputs

The RCE+ load splitters are used to divide an input power source (alternator, solar regulator, hydro generator, etc.) into two or three consumers (batteries, loads).

IGNITION ready

Some alternators require a DC voltage on the + output to start charging. Inserting a load splitter will prevent any back voltage from the battery, and the alternator will not start. The RCE+ units have an IG input that will power the + output when the engine is started.

Interchangeability

The RCE+ is designed to be fully interchangeable with previous RCE models without any modifications.
