INSTRUCTIONS

• At least 6 hours before departure, lay the cooling blocks flat in the freezer.
• Before you start riding, place the cooling packs in the pockets of the cycling vest. Place 3 small cooling packs in the lower back pockets and under the arms. Place 1 larger cooling pack in the upper back pocket.
• Change the cooling packs while you ride if you want (additional cooling packs sold separately)

CARE INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE CYCLING VEST

• Machine wash cold on a delicate cycle with similar colours. Hang to dry.
• Do not bleach. Do not iron.

• Rinse the cooling blocks after use and place them flat in the freezer
