Balance trainer Skimmy

The Trial Skimmy Balance Trainer allows for proprioceptive balance training not just in therapy, fitness, and rehabilitation, but also on the soccer field, during handball, basketball, or volleyball training, and during leisure activities. The Skimmy Balance Trainer has an extremely durable surface, allowing soccer players to train even with soccer shoes on the Trial Skimmy. This offers the significant advantage that stabilisation training can be easily integrated into soccer practice. By adjusting the air pressure, it's possible to change the difficulty level of the exercises. Proprioceptive training is used for injury prevention, balance training, and coordination.
