Upright Bike Horizon Fitness Paros 3.0 - The connected cardio, simple and effective

Your daily home workout partner

Whether you're looking to improve your fitness, lose weight, or stay active indoors, the Horizon Fitness Paros 3.0 is designed to support your goals with ease. Compact, quiet, and smart, this upright bike combines ergonomic comfort, quality magnetic resistance, and Bluetooth connectivity to cater to all fitness levels - from beginners looking to get moving again to regular athletes wanting to maintain their shape.

If you're ready to adopt a healthier and more active lifestyle, the Paros 3.0 offers a reliable riding experience that you can count on in the long run.

Electromagnetic resistance: quiet, precise, progressive

The electromagnetic resistance system delivers a smooth and consistent pedal stroke across 20 computer-controlled adjustable levels, providing a wide range of intensity as your fitness improves.

Thanks to the quick adjustment buttons directly on the handlebars, you can increase or decrease resistance while in action, without interrupting your session. No mechanical friction, no noise: the Paros 3.0 lets you focus on what matters - your workout.

Multi-position handlebars to vary your pedalling style

The adjustable multi-grip handlebars can be set in three positions to simulate different riding styles: pulse position (hands on heart rate sensors), sports position (slightly leaned forward) or upright position for a clear back.

Heart rate sensors are built into the handles, allowing real-time tracking of your heart rate without any extra equipment. Stay in your target training zone to optimise fat burning or enhance your cardiovascular endurance.

Ultra-adjustable ergonomic saddle

The ergonomic touring saddle adjusts vertically and horizontally, offering a rare level of adjustment in this price range. Whether you're 1.55m or 1.90m tall, you'll quickly find the ideal position for natural pedalling, without strain on your knees or discomfort in your back.

The self-balancing pedals with adjustable straps keep your feet in the correct position throughout your effort, reducing the risk of slipping and improving the efficiency of each pedal stroke.

5.5" LCD Console: all your data at a glance

The backlit 5.5-inch LCD screen displays in real time: time, distance, calories, speed, cadence (RPM), heart rate, and resistance level. The interface is intuitive and readable even during intense efforts, so you don't have to stop to navigate complex menus.

The console also displays advanced data such as power in watts, heart recovery, and an estimate of body composition.

10 built-in workout programs

The Paros 3.0 comes with 10 workout programs: Manual, Intervals, Weight Loss, Hilly (Rolling), Cadence, Distance Goal, Calorie Goal, Challenge, Target Heart Rate Zone (THR Zone), and Custom.

Each program is designed for a specific goal:

• Manual: complete freedom, you control the intensity in real time
• Intervals / HIIT: alternating effort/recovery to burn maximum calories
• Weight Loss: moderate intensity kept in the fat-burning zone
• THR Zone: heart rate guided training based on your target
• Custom: create your own workout profile

Bluetooth FTMS connectivity and app compatibility

The Bluetooth 4.0 FTMS (Fitness Machine Service Profile) enables connection to many popular fitness apps like @Zone, Kinomap, and Zwift.

The @Zone app gives you access to on-demand classes and immersive virtual routes: traverse the streets of New York, follow the Mediterranean coasts, or take on challenges against other users around the world - all while pedalling in your living room. Kinomap and Zwift compatibility further expands possibilities for virtual cycling enthusiasts.

Practical for everyday use: accessories and storage

The Paros 3.0 comes equipped with a tablet holder, non-slip bottle holder, built-in transport wheels, and leveling compensators to stabilize the bike on all surfaces.

Place your smartphone or tablet on the integrated media holder to follow streaming classes without blocking key data like cadence, time, and resistance level. An energy-saving mode prevents the console from going into sleep mode during long sessions.

Compact and discreet: designed for home

Rated for domestic use (HC), the Paros 3.0 is designed to blend perfectly into a living space without taking up more room than necessary. Its compact dimensions of 107 x 53 x 144 cm make it easy to fit into a corner of a bedroom, an office, or a living room, and its wheels facilitate movement between rooms or storage after use.
