Select the appropriate hardness and simply roll the ball around the area to be massaged:

• For the lower back or buttocks, start in a seated position and place the ball between your back and a chair or against a wall.
• For calves and thighs, try sitting or lying on sol, placing the ball between you and sol, then gently roll it around.
• For shoulders or upper back, place the ball between your back/shoulders and a wall while standing, then roll it.
• For the neck, roll the ball between your neck and your open palm - it's the same technique for the arms.
