Size: Adult size: 10 years and over. / Youth size: 10 years and under.

Fitting the mouthguard: ! Boiling water can be dangerous!

1. Boil water and let it sit for 30 seconds before immersing the adult mouthguard in the water for 70 seconds. (30 seconds for youth)
2. Remove the mouthguard from the water using a spoon, shake off the water, and as soon as possible, centre the mouthguard on your upper teeth. (The mouthguard should be warm)
3. Once your upper teeth are centred, gently bite them together and suck the air and excess water out of the mouthguard using your tongue. You can also use your fingers to press the guard in place on the outside.
4. Keep the mouthguard in your mouth for 30 seconds, take it out, and run it under cold water.
5. If the fit isn't perfect, repeat the process until it is optimal.
6. If the mouthguard is a bit too large, you can trim some of the ends with a knife.
