BEARING KIT

The Factory Links bearings are filled with high-quality marine grease for heavy-duty use and a special thickener. This provides unmatched protection against rust and corrosion.

To prevent moisture from getting in, Factory Links has increased the grease filling from 30% to 60% for tough conditions.

HEAVY-DUTY BALL BEARINGS

• DINP6 - ABEC3 The Factory Links ball bearings are specially designed for off-road use, unlike industrial ball bearings that offer low torque resistance and thus low water intrusion resistance.
• Their premium off-road wheel bearing kit contains all the necessary elements for complete maintenance of your wheel hub.
• The Ouroil seals and ball bearings have shown a categorical improvement over conventional bearings.

SEALS

• Cross-section view of ball bearings
• Nitrile-butadiene rubber
• Double-lip seals
• The dust seals provide optimal protection against the intrusion of contaminants such as water, mud, and dust.

FEATURES:

• Labyrinth seal with spring double lips made of stainless steel NBn elastomer for better corrosion resistance.
• Special anti-corrosion marine grease with a higher filling rate than standard bearings.
• Seal groove on the inner ring for better water penetration resistance.
