Worm - competition 3 p

The 3-seater Worm from FIT' & RACK allows you to work on your synchronization and strength in a fun way at team. Easy to use, you just have to fill the cover of your Worm with its weighted bags provided for this purpose (also sold separately!). Once filled, simply close the Worm with the help of its robust scratch. Now you can train, and try squats, trusters or clean in team with your Worm.
Equipment tested and approved by our athletes during the Lyon Showdown competition in Dardilly organized by CrossFit® Des Monts and FIT' & RACK. Discover also our Worm versions for 2 or 4 people or our version of the Worm to be filled with WallBalls !
