Why is it safer?
With its MIPS® technology, the Rivale combines an exceptional price-performance ratio with the benefit of a brain protection system against rotational forces. The MIPS Brain Protection System (BPS) is designed to add at least 10% more safety on certain types of impacts compared to a standard helmet construction. The MIPS Brain Protection System is attached inside the helmet, between the padding and the EPS.
Why is it more comfortable?
The all-new MET Rivale Mips is an evolution of the external design and a revolution of the internal shape. The fit is unmatched and the helmet is more stable on the head thanks to its new Safe-T Upsilon retention system. The 360° headband ensures that there are no pressure points on the skull. The vertical adjustment is easy and allows for a perfect fit.
Why is it more efficient?
The back of the new MET Rivale Mips has the unique characteristics of the MET style, particularly thanks to the NACA ventilation that works in concert with a lowered profile and a tube-shaped form. The front part of the helmet is designed to be wider and the vents are longer to improve airflow and can also be used to store sunglasses. A combination that ensures a seamless enjoyment on the bike.
