Equipped with the MIPS brain protection system®, the MET Shelter can slide relative to the head in the event of a fall, redirecting harmful rotational movements. MIPS is a rotational management system designed to add protection to the standard helmet construction in the event of certain impacts. The MIPS brain protection system (BPS) is attached inside the helmet between the comfort padding and the EPS.
