The yoga clearance features mats, bolsters, meditation cushions, straps, blocks and flexible clothing from previous collections, at Lotuscrafts, Myga, Avento, HMS, Hummel, Urban Goddess, Mandala, or super.natural. Whether you practice gentle hatha at home or a vigorous vinyasa in the studio, the selection covers both posture accessories and attire.
Equip yourself for practice, at a more gentle price.
A yoga mat is first chosen by its thickness. A thin mat, four to six millimeters, maintains good contact with the floor and stabilises standing postures and balances. A thick mat made of NBR, a synthetic rubber foam, like the one from Avento, protects the knees and spine in floor postures and is suitable for gentle practices or stretching. Grip is just as important as comfort: a mat that slips under the hands in downward dog tires the wrists. The Mobility Mat from Trigger Point, denser, is aimed more at mobility and self-massage exercises. A mat should be rolled up with the practice surface facing outwards so it remains flat.

The zafu is a round cushion that lifts the pelvis to keep the back straight during seated meditation, with legs crossed. The one from Lotuscrafts, filled with organic spelt husk, moulds under the body's weight and can be adjusted by removing some filling through an opening, with a GOTS certified cotton cover that is machine washable. The meditation cushion from Myga follows the same principle. The bolster, a long and firm cushion like the Restorative from Lotuscrafts, supports the back or legs in restorative yoga, where each posture is held for several minutes, without muscular effort. It can also be placed under the knees at the end of a session.
The yoga strap, like the HMS, extends the arms when the hands can’t reach the feet: in seated forward bend, it is passed under the soles of the feet to keep the back long instead of rounding it. It also helps to join the hands behind the back in shoulder openers. The block, sold in pairs at Avento, brings the floor closer to the hand in standing postures like the triangle, or supports the pelvis in seated postures. Laid flat, on its side or upright, it offers three heights in total. These accessories are not just for beginners: experienced practitioners use them to hold a posture longer and more accurately.
A yoga legging should remain opaque in forward bend and not slip during inversions: the high waist, like on the Hummel Yoga Wrap legging, supports the belly without constricting. Seamless designs avoid friction in floor postures. Urban Goddess, a Dutch brand launched in Amsterdam in 2013, uses GOTS certified organic cotton for its tank tops and loose pants like the Flow. The Swiss brand super.natural, founded in 2012, combines merino wool and synthetic fibres, which regulate temperature and limit odours. Mandala, a German specialist in yoga and pilates, completes the selection of leggings.
Hatha yoga, slow and progressive, allows you to learn the basic postures and breathing before moving on. A group class guided by an instructor helps to correct placements from the first sessions.
Vinyasa and ashtanga link postures to the rhythm of breathing, without pause, and heavily involve the arms and core. They are suitable for those looking for a sporty practice and who already master the basic postures.
Yoga nidra is a guided relaxation practice, lying on your back, which leads to a state close to sleep while remaining aware. A blanket and a cushion under the knees make the session more comfortable.
Pregnancy yoga, adapted for each trimester, avoids postures on the belly and strong twists. Consult your doctor or midwife before starting, and prefer a teacher trained in this practice.
Yin yoga, which holds postures on the floor for several minutes, gently stretches the deep tissues of the hips and back. Practised regularly, alongside a more active style, it gradually improves the range of motion.
