Design philosophy
MT500 Burner shoes for automatic pedals are your allies for riding in style, even on the toughest mountain bike trails. They feature Ergonomistry™ (EGM) technology, developed in partnership with ergonomist and physiotherapist Phil Burt. These unique shoes combine an understated sneaker look with the performance of the MT500 collection.

EGM insole and reinforced construction
The flexibility of the sole has been carefully distributed to give you as much support and control on the pedals as possible, hour after hour and day after day.Designed to withstand abuse, reinforced toe and heel zones offer extra protection, and the EVA midsole absorbs shock when things tend to go wrong. When it's time to head up the hill for a new session, the sculpted toes and heels are made to give you good grip if you have to walk. These shoes are always ready for another round.

Adjustable wedge position
The wedge mounting recess is placed on the side, and the mounting rails are longer. This allows a wide range of possible positions, enabling each cyclist to position his or her foot on the pedal exactly where he or she wishes.
