The Men's Suits page brings together blazers, vests, and suit trousers, in slim and modern fit cuts, from Selected, Hechter, Casual Friday, Gant, Michael Kors, Jack & Jones, Blend, Anerkjendt, Brook Taverner, Olaf Hussein, or Sol's: everything you need to create a complete suit or mix and match jacket and trousers, for the office, a wedding, or a ceremony.
A sharp look, from the office to ceremonies.
A suit is primarily judged by its fit. The slim fit, like that from Selected, is tailored at the waist and trousers for a modern and slender silhouette. The modern fit, offered by Hechter, a brand founded by designer Daniel Hechter, maintains a sharp line with a bit more ease at the chest and thighs. The jacket should fall just over the shoulders, the point that's trickiest to alter: the shoulder seam stops at the edge of the bone. It buttons smoothly in an X shape around the button, either covering the backside or stopping just above, and its sleeve should show about a centimetre of cuff.
The blazer, like the Gant Club, made by the brand founded in New Haven in 1949, or the Blend Bhlangford, can be worn alone for a smart outfit without being formal. The waistcoat, like those from Michael Kors or the Jack & Jones Theo, turns a two-piece suit into a three-piece and is worn with the last button undone. The trousers, such as the Selected Neil, the Hechter Modern Fit or the Casual Friday Philip stretch, reach the shoe with a slight break, without wrinkling. The Casual Friday Portman, with a zip closure, and the Sol's Gabin, with a sleek line, offer easy-going versions for everyday wear.
Wool breathes, keeps its shape well, and can be de-wrinkled by hanging the suit up overnight, ideally in a slightly damp room. Blends with polyester or elastane, like in the stretch models, increase comfort and wrinkle-resistance, a plus for travel days. The herringbone fabric, as seen on the Olaf Hussein trousers, adds texture and pairs well with a plain jacket. A suit should be brushed after each wear, hung on a wide hanger that respects the shoulders, and only sent to the dry cleaners sparingly, to maintain its shape and fabric integrity.
The page is organized by item:

The new arrivals showcase the latest releases, the special offers the discounted items, and the items shipped in 24 hours are prepared and dispatched within a day. The good deals, clearance, and sales complete the offer.
A navy or light grey suit works for almost all daytime weddings. Avoid black, which is more suited for evening events, and choose the fabric according to the season: lightweight wool in summer, flannel in winter.
In European sizing, the number on the jacket corresponds to half the chest measurement in centimetres: a size 48 fits a chest measurement of about ninety-six centimetres.
Only those models which have the label permitting it, often in polyester or a stretch blend, can be machine washed at thirty degrees, inside out and on a delicate cycle. Wool trousers should be dry cleaned or freshened with steam.
Hang the jacket on a wide hanger with rounded shoulders and the trousers folded over the bar or pinched by the hem. Leave space in the wardrobe and protect the suit with a breathable cover rather than plastic.
The blazer can be worn with chinos or dark jeans, over a shirt or a fine polo. A solid colour, navy or grey, matches with almost everything.
